Recipies

Suitable Drink’s :-

There is no limit as to which drink’s to use as long as the two sides are easily recognised. We suggest more powerful drinks in the more powerful pieces.

Try these!

COLD Punches :-
Ingredients – 1kg Strawberries 8 Tbsp Sugar 3 Bottles of Cider, Chilled 1 Bottle of Pink Champagne, Chilled 2 Tbsp Sherbet ICE	Preparation- (2 mins or 2 hours!) Cut the strawberries into small pieces, and put into a large jug. Add the sugar and 1 bottle of cider, and chill (for however long you desire!) When chilled, add the ice, champagne and the remaining cider. To finish, sprinkle the sherbet over the tops of the shot glasses!

Ingredients- 1 litre Pineapple Juice 50ml Peach Schnapps 1 Litre sparkling white grape juice 1 Lemon 1 Handful of Mint sprigs ICE	Preparation- (2 seconds!) In a large jug mix the Peach Schnapps, pineapple juice and grape juice. Slice the lemon and add to the mixture along with the mint sprigs. Crush some ice and distribute into each shot glass, then pour in the punch!

HOT Punches :-
Ingredients – 2 Pints of Hot Tea (Without milk) 1 lb Sugar 1 bottle of Whisky 1 lemon	Preparation- (10 mins!) Heat the Whisky through, (do not allow it to boil, as the alcohol will disappear!) Thinly slice the lemon and put in a large jug along with the tea and sugar. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Add the Whisky , Flame and serve! (These look great!)

Ingredients- 1 Pint Boiling Water 1/2 Pint Brandy 1/2 Pint Rum 1 Large Lemon 50-85g Sugar Pinch Ground Cinnamon Pinch Grated Nutmeg Pinch Ground Cloves	Preparation- Start by rubbing the sugar onto the lemon rind to extract all the zest. Put EVERYTHING (not lemon) into a saucepan. Heat through gently (Don’t boil!) Add a twist of lemon, and serve into glasses immediately!

1/3 Whisky 1/3 Peach Schnapps 1/3 Single Cream	1/2 Southern Comfort 1/2 Baileys
