Ingredients –
1kg Strawberries
8 Tbsp Sugar
3 Bottles of Cider, Chilled
1 Bottle of Pink Champagne, Chilled
2 Tbsp Sherbet

Preparation- (2 mins or 2 hours!)
Cut the strawberries into small pieces, and put into a
large jug.
Add the sugar and 1 bottle of cider, and chill (for however
long you desire!)
When chilled, add the ice, champagne and the remaining
cider.
To finish, sprinkle the sherbet over the tops of the shot
glasses! |
Ingredients-
1 litre Pineapple Juice
50ml Peach Schnapps
1 Litre sparkling white grape juice
1 Lemon
1 Handful of Mint sprigs

Preparation- (2 seconds!)
In a large jug mix the Peach Schnapps, pineapple juice
and grape juice.
Slice the lemon and add to the mixture along with the
mint sprigs.
Crush some ice and distribute into each shot glass, then
pour in the punch! |
